The session you would record

Client briefing on how we will work together

Runs whenever someone registers

  • New clients get the full briefing the day they sign.
  • Your hours go to the work, not the introduction.
  • A record of who attended before the first meeting.

What it replaces

  • An hour of every new engagement goes on the same introduction.
  • Clients forget what was said and ask again.
  • There is no record of who has actually been briefed.
