Terms of service

The agreement between you and us. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

1. Who this is with

Cued is operated by GetG Technology Private Limited (“we”, “us”). Using it means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

2. What the service is

Cued plays a recording you upload as a scheduled webinar: a time-synced player, chat you script in advance, and questions from attendees delivered to your inbox. There is no live broadcasting. Nothing is streamed in real time, and no camera or microphone of yours is ever transmitted.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if they are compromised. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One trial per organisation — creating extra accounts to extend it is a breach of these terms.

4. Trial

Fourteen days, every feature enabled, fair-use limits, no card required. At the end it stops on its own. There is nothing to cancel and no call to get out of.

5. Paying

  • Plans are monthly, in Indian rupees, and prices exclude taxes unless stated.
  • Payment is by autopay mandate through Razorpay. That means your card or account is charged automatically each cycle until you cancel — we would rather say so here than have you discover it on a statement.
  • Your subscription starts when the first payment is confirmed, not when you click.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Existing cycles are unaffected.

6. Cancelling and refunds

  • Cancel any time from Plan and billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Part-months are not refunded, because the trial exists precisely so you can decide without paying.
  • If we charged you in error, or the service was unusable for a sustained period through our fault, write to info@getgrahak.co and we will refund you. We would rather refund a borderline case than argue about it.
  • AI minutes bought as a top-up are consumable and non-refundable once used. Unused minutes do not expire while your account is open.

7. Your content

Your recordings, your chat scripts, your attendee data — all yours. You give us only the licence we need to host, process and deliver them for you: storing the video, transcoding it, streaming it to your attendees, and sending your reminder emails. We do not use your recordings to train anything, and we do not show them to anybody you have not sent.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including from anybody appearing or speaking in it.

8. Attendee data is your responsibility

When somebody registers for your webinar, you are the controller of that data and we are your processor. That means it is on you to have a privacy policy, to ask only for what you need, and to answer their requests. We will help, but we cannot answer for you.

9. What you may not do

  • Do not present a session as a live broadcast. Simulated chat and a believable attendee count are there to make a recorded session feel attended, not to deceive. Claiming a presenter is speaking live, or that scripted messages are real people typing in real time, is a misrepresentation — it is against these terms, and in most markets against consumer law.
  • Do not impersonate anybody, or use a name you have no right to.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that you were not given permission to.
  • Do not send attendee lists you obtained without consent.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not resell access without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach, and will tell you why.

10. The AI features

The cue writer sends the audio of a recording you choose to a third-party provider to be transcribed. It runs only when you ask it to. Generated cues arrive switched off and are yours to review, edit or discard — you are responsible for what you publish, including anything a model wrote. Do not let it put claims in your audience's mouth that you would not make yourself. See the privacy policy for what is sent where.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Cued running continuously and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on the current plans, and we would rather say that than publish a number we have no mechanism to honour.

12. Our intellectual property

The software, the brand and the design are ours. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or data you did not keep a copy of. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On termination your webinars stop serving and your data is deleted after a short grace period — export anything you want to keep first.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We will email account holders before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Cued afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
