is no separate, shorter recording limit to run into halfway through a take.
Some plans still cap it lower on purpose, and the studio says which number
applies before you press record.

messages about two lines' worth of nothing. The shut version drops the tabs,
slims the header and is slightly taller.

list.** Tapping it opens the roster, on a wide screen and on a phone. It only
does that where you have chosen to name people rather than only count them —
a number with nothing behind it stays a number.
the recording still playing behind it, so nobody loses their place to a
mis-tap on the Leave button, which on a phone sits next to full screen.
Android that left an attendee in a bare video with the browser chrome gone and
nothing on screen to press. Full screen is a button now, on the bar, and
nothing enters it on anybody's behalf.
screen control, so both are reachable at any point including in full screen.
On a wide screen it is at the end of the control bar. Leaving is immediate and
the screen it lands on offers to rejoin — the session keeps running, so coming
back picks it up where it has got to.

room shifted sideways with the title cut off, and there was no way to undo it.
It says how long the video is, and links straight to it under Recordings where
it plays in the browser. A ninety-minute recording takes real time to process
and the upload screen tells you to go and do something else — this is what
makes that safe.
only used to speak up for videos already attached to a webinar, so a take made
from Recordings finished in silence. Now it says so, and offers to play it
back.
?asset=, so theemail and the notification both land on the thing they are about rather than
on the newest tile.
to look clickable again for a couple of seconds before the next question
appeared, so people clicked it twice. It now stays busy, says "Setting things
up…", and the next step covers the screen straight away.

code was wrong — because it had just been used. It now says "Signing you in…"
until the dashboard opens. Same on the sign-up and sign-in screens.
check will not load in your browser — an ad blocker, a work network, a slow
connection — we ask you a simple question instead of refusing you.

PowerPoint keeps the layout exact.

instantly for the same reason — the pages are already made before you present
them, rather than while you are waiting on the stage.

add anything to present from. It now opens at step 1 and shows the files you
can use anywhere.
you are already talking no longer costs you the take — add it from the present
menu and it goes straight on the stage. The recording keeps running.
through it, switch back to camera, share your screen — all of it lands in the
finished video, at the moment you actually did it. Before, a presented file
showed on your screen and then was not in the recording at all.
deck the same way whatever PDF viewer they have. PowerPoint and Keynote still
need exporting to PDF first.

record it. Put a file up and you move to the corner, at the size it will
actually be.
and show it, gently blurred, in the corner where your video will go — so you
can see your framing without watching yourself instead of presenting.

something and watch the bar move — a microphone that is selected but not
working is the failure nobody notices until they watch the recording back.

attendees, these are your working material, and any of them can be handed to
the room in one click if you want it there. PDFs, videos and images can go on
the stage; PowerPoint and Keynote are stored but need exporting to PDF first.
each one may run.** The studio counts down to the cap rather than refusing the
upload afterwards, and an abandoned take costs you nothing.

queue — we would rather open it to everyone once there is capacity behind it
than have your first recording sit waiting overnight.

Cue sheet
move the playhead, then press "Add cue at playhead" — no scrolling back up to
find the ruler.
The room your attendees see
busy chat stop competing for the same column.
and Copy link / Copy invite so an attendee can pass it on while they
are still watching.
schedule.** If you moved a webinar from "every few minutes" or a fixed
schedule to on-demand, anyone who had already registered was still held to a
sitting from the old mode — the page offered to start it straight away and
then booked them for the next morning. Registering again now puts them in a

Setting up your first webinar

Cue sheet fixes
— the ruler, then every cue on it — and the button you scroll *in order to
press* was leaving the top of the page. The header now sticks.
again a moment later, and characters typed quickly went missing. Every
keystroke was being saved and the saved copy written back over what you were
still writing. Cue text is now yours until you pause, and only then saved —
the same for the button label and link on a call-to-action cue.
Signing up
admin has switched it on. There is nothing to do differently.
Plans count live webinars, and yearly billing arrives
