them to register. It mentions a *next* session only when one is already under

choose between *as often as they like* — every session open to everybody,
which is what your webinars do today — and *once only*, where somebody who
attends a session cannot register for or join another one. Useful for a launch
or a paid workshop, where the attendee count is a number you report.
misses it is free to book another time.
connection is not a decision to leave — they can rejoin the same session until
it ends, however far through it is.
as having attended it**, which put them in your attended list and sent them
the follow-up email. They now stay a no-show, which is what they were.
your plan allows a three-hour webinar, you can record for three hours — there
is no separate, shorter recording limit to run into halfway through a take.
Some plans still cap it lower on purpose, and the studio says which number
applies before you press record.
plan includes it, it works. The refusal you see if it does not is about your
plan and says so, rather than mentioning our transcoding queue.
email opens the invoice itself, with a Pay button that takes card, UPI or
netbanking. No password, so you can forward it to whoever settles your bills.

with no chat and no title bar. It is remembered for as long as you are
watching and no longer.
the screen with a header, tabs and a message box inside it, which left the
messages about two lines' worth of nothing. The shut version drops the tabs,
slims the header and is slightly taller.
leave you looking at older messages until you scrolled down.
opened the people list before.
list.** Tapping it opens the roster, on a wide screen and on a phone. It only
does that where you have chosen to name people rather than only count them —
a number with nothing behind it stays a number.
the recording still playing behind it, so nobody loses their place to a
mis-tap on the Leave button, which on a phone sits next to full screen.
Android that left an attendee in a bare video with the browser chrome gone and
nothing on screen to press. Full screen is a button now, on the bar, and
nothing enters it on anybody's behalf.
screen control, so both are reachable at any point including in full screen.
On a wide screen it is at the end of the control bar. Leaving is immediate and
the screen it lands on offers to rejoin — the session keeps running, so coming
back picks it up where it has got to.
working, so the card sat over the video with no way to dismiss it.

room's dark background as their text colour.
fields that save on their own used to do it silently, so there was no way to
tell a saved change from one that never went. A short confirmation appears
whenever anything is written, on every organizer and admin screen.

a page.** The stage is the window, on a dark ground the way every live tool
does it, with the chat as a panel rather than a card lying across the

beside it in a column that never covers what is on screen. Under Overview → In
the room. Slides and demos usually want the column; a talking head usually
does not.
to open to most of the screen and land on top of the video, so one stray tap
on the handle replaced what somebody was watching. The video is now always
clear of it, controls included.
longer gets a band of black above and below it on a small screen.
video and the chat can no longer cover them.
anything but a bare video player, which would have taken the chat away with
it, so the button now fills the screen under the browser bar and is called
focus mode. Escape or tapping it again leaves.
room shifted sideways with the title cut off, and there was no way to undo it.
It says how long the video is, and links straight to it under Recordings where
it plays in the browser. A ninety-minute recording takes real time to process
and the upload screen tells you to go and do something else — this is what
makes that safe.
only used to speak up for videos already attached to a webinar, so a take made
from Recordings finished in silence. Now it says so, and offers to play it
back.
?asset=, so theemail and the notification both land on the thing they are about rather than
on the newest tile.
to look clickable again for a couple of seconds before the next question
appeared, so people clicked it twice. It now stays busy, says "Setting things
up…", and the next step covers the screen straight away.
clickable while you were being signed in, and a second press reported that the
code was wrong — because it had just been used. It now says "Signing you in…"
until the dashboard opens. Same on the sign-up and sign-in screens.
check will not load in your browser — an ad blocker, a work network, a slow
connection — we ask you a simple question instead of refusing you.

PowerPoint keeps the layout exact.
closed the window and did nothing; the account is now created and you land in
your dashboard.

instantly for the same reason — the pages are already made before you present
them, rather than while you are waiting on the stage.

is a button on the control bar to play it silently if you would rather talk
over it. Before this, the picture was recorded and the sound was not.

recording without picking a webinar, the setup opened at step 2 with no way to
add anything to present from. It now opens at step 1 and shows the files you
can use anywhere.
you are already talking no longer costs you the take — add it from the present
menu and it goes straight on the stage. The recording keeps running.
through it, switch back to camera, share your screen — all of it lands in the
finished video, at the moment you actually did it. Before, a presented file
showed on your screen and then was not in the recording at all.
deck the same way whatever PDF viewer they have. PowerPoint and Keynote still
need exporting to PDF first.

record it. Put a file up and you move to the corner, at the size it will
actually be.
and show it, gently blurred, in the corner where your video will go — so you
can see your framing without watching yourself instead of presenting.
presenting from, then your camera and microphone with a live level meter. Say
something and watch the bar move — a microphone that is selected but not
working is the failure nobody notices until they watch the recording back.
recording in your list, and it does not count against your monthly allowance.

asks you to type the name — it is the one thing here we cannot undo.
presented from. Separate from handouts on purpose: handouts go to your
attendees, these are your working material, and any of them can be handed to
the room in one click if you want it there. PDFs, videos and images can go on
the stage; PowerPoint and Keynote are stored but need exporting to PDF first.
each one may run.** The studio counts down to the cap rather than refusing the
upload afterwards, and an abandoned take costs you nothing.

queue — we would rather open it to everyone once there is capacity behind it
than have your first recording sit waiting overnight.

promise about disk space we would rather not print.

The room your attendees see
busy chat stop competing for the same column.
and Copy link / Copy invite so an attendee can pass it on while they
are still watching.
schedule.** If you moved a webinar from "every few minutes" or a fixed
schedule to on-demand, anyone who had already registered was still held to a
sitting from the old mode — the page offered to start it straight away and
then booked them for the next morning. Registering again now puts them in a
sitting the webinar actually runs.

Setting up your first webinar

Cue sheet fixes
— the ruler, then every cue on it — and the button you scroll *in order to
press* was leaving the top of the page. The header now sticks.
again a moment later, and characters typed quickly went missing. Every
keystroke was being saved and the saved copy written back over what you were
still writing. Cue text is now yours until you pause, and only then saved —
the same for the button label and link on a call-to-action cue.
Signing up
admin has switched it on. There is nothing to do differently.
Plans count live webinars, and yearly billing arrives
plan sells — and how many you may keep in total, drafts and archives included.
Draft freely; pause one webinar to free a slot for another.

both took a slot you were paying for. Live slots now count published and
paused webinars only, and apply when you publish rather than when you create.

a webinar are shared across all of them.
